Orders are placed through the online configurator, which allows a simple ordering process.
The steps are the following:
- Selection of the design
- Selection of the colors, the model and the fabric
- Selection of the number type and the font
- Upload of the logos
- Completion of the order form
Based on your design, we develop a final high-definition design proposal. We then upload this proposal into your online-account under the column “design”. In order to proceed with the order, the design proposal has to be confirmed.
It may happen, that for the smaller sizes some of the design-elements positioned on the borders and lower end of the jersey disappear, as the print-area is smaller. The position and size of the logos, the numbers and the names will remain the same, regardless of the size (S-M-L-XL-XXL).
Different graphic patterns are used for adult and junior sizes, in order to proportionally adapt design and logos. The patterns used for the junior sizes are smaller by 20% compared to adults.
The proportions can be checked in more detail on the samples (next step). If needed, the graphic patterns can be requested as well via e-mail.
Our experience has taught us that it is useful to produce samples, although it requires additional time. Through the samples, 95% of the reclamations can be avoided. Only satisfied customers are a good basis for a stable growth.
After confirmation of the design, we start with the production of the samples, depending on the ordered quantity:

In order to proceed with the order, the sample must be confirmed.
We can send you the definitive order confirmation with the delivery date only after the confirmation of the sample. We kindly ask you to confirm this on your online-account.
